Waterpolo NCL action, and Mavericks 16U Boys solidify themselves as Eastern Conference contenders

Mavericks 16U boys finish at the top spot in the Ontario Division of the Eastern Conference, while the Ottawa Titans’ 16U boys also secured the second place. The weekend did not start smoothly for the Titans as they lost their first game to the Mavericks, who had already clinched the top spot in the division. 
However, after the loss, the Titans strung together four straight wins to clinch second place in the division.

The performance extend the Mavericks undefeated streak to 41 games, after their perfect 25-0-0 season one year ago. 
The action in Markham leads us to the tight battle taking place with the Quebec Division, Dollard Black team after they tied their game 9-9, and the Montreal Machines which they tied their game 11-11, also tied the game between them at 10-10, for 1st place in the Eastern Conference.
