Coach Hrvoje Vukic, called up two young athletes from the Mavricks 14U team to play for the Mavricks 16U team this weekend in Waterloo, in which the Mavricks will compete in four regular season games for the waterpolo NCL (National Championship Leage).
The talk is about Konstantinos Athanasiou and his friend and teammate Mahmoud Rudi. They have been practicing with the 16U team recently, getting ready for the oppurtunity.
In recognition of their efort, comitment and talent, they are given the opputunity to prove themselves with the older age group, up against older and stronger boys.
